Have you heard of Patient Opinion?

It's an independent website that allows patients from any hospital in Australia to post anonymously about their experience and to read about other patients’ experiences.

At The Eye and Ear, we encourage our patients to give feedback whether positive or negative. Your stories not only help us to grow, rethink our processes, and provide better services but also gives our staff an insight on what people are feeling.

Stories bring life to a hospital and we would love to hear yours. You can provide feedback via:
