Ocular, Plastics and Lacrimal

Plastic and reconstructive surgery of the periocular area includes the eyelids, eyebrows, eye socket/orbit and tear duct/lacrimal system. Common procedures include blepharoplasty, dacryocystorhinostomy, eyelid reconstruction and orbital surgery.

Prostaglandin Associated Periorbitopathy (PAP)

PAP is the general term given to describe the constellation of eyelid and orbital changes that accompany the administration of topical prostaglandin analogue eye drops. This presentation was delivered by Dr Elizabeth McElnea, Ocular, Plastics and Lacrimal Fellow at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital.
