Human Research Ethics Committee Ethics Committee FeesFees apply for certain categories of applications. Tax invoices for Ethics Committee review fees will be sent by the RVEEH directly to sponsors/public health bodies following submission of applications. Cheques should be sent to the Royal Victorian Eye & Ear Hospital, Locked Bag 8, East Melbourne, Victoria, 8002, with accompanying documentation quoting the invoice number. The following schedule of fees applies from 1 July, 2007. These include 10% GST. Application fee Commercially funded and initiated studies, eg. Pharmaceutical companies $5,500.00 Not for Profit External/Unaffiliated initiated studies eg. No affiliation with RVEEH $660.00 Collaborative Groups (eg. HEARing CRC) $660.00 Amendment fee Commercially funded and initiated studies $660.00 Not for Profit External/Unaffiliated study $66.00 Collaborative Groups $66.00 |
