Ethics Committee Fees
Fees apply for certain categories of applications. Tax invoices for Ethics Committee review fees will be sent by the hospital directly to sponsors/public health bodies following submission of applications. Cheques are to be addressed to The Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital, Locked Bag 8, East Melbourne, Victoria, 8002 with accompanying documentation quoting the invoice number. The following schedule of fees applies from 1 March 2011. These include 10% GST.
