Victoria's Mum, Vetina, had noticed redness around the pupil in Victoria's eye. Eye and Ear specialists confirmed she had uveitis. Uveitis is an inflammatory eye disease which if left untreated leads to severe vision loss or blindness.

Over 30 years Mrs Paganoni has raised over $17,000 through raffles, cake baking and a moveable gift shop through a fundraising group for the Eye and Ear Hospital, the Frankston Friends.
