  1. As a RANZCO member, what resources are available to me?
    RANZCO members can request photocopies of articles, reference searches and books from our collection. They also have access to many electronic journals and databases via the library's Electronic Resources Portal. Please contact us if you need the access details for the portal.


  2. Whereabouts is the library?
    The library is situated in The Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital in East Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Contact details


  3. Is the library open on the weekend?
    The library is not open at the weekend. Opening hours.
  4. After-hours access for some registered members is available on application to the Library Manager.

  5. Can members of the public access the library?
    Not generally. Who can access the library


  6. Do you provide patient information / information for school projects?
    Library staff do not provide assistance in these areas. However, you may find useful information in our information portals by subject, which include links to a variety of high quality web sites. These are accessible from our home page.


  7. Is there a list of all the journals in the library's collection?
    A list of all our serials is available in HTML and also in printable PDF format.
