Hospital Organisation

The organisation of the hospital supports patient-centred models of care, communication channels between the Board, Executive and Senior Medical Staff and demonstrates the hospital's commitment to research and education.

In November 2008, the hospital organisation was revised to comprise five areas:

  • Ophthalmology Services
  • ENT Services and Clinical Support
  • Clinical Governance and Research
  • Corporate Services
  • Planning and Innovation
